that was interesting this morning. did anyone else see that spiralling spindrift rising up out the back of the estuary? nuts!

at least i managed to get a couple of runs with my 5.0. still good just to get wet.

Saltiest1, if yiou do not see it frmo where you are you did an an amazing job out there today. It was so windy it blew us off the water and you were uot there sailing remarkably well (and putting in some big crashes). the only way you will get better is to challenge what you can already do and I reckon you are building on your skills very quickly. Keep at it

yep great effort salty man!!! when it takes 3 people to unrig on the beach you know its cranking!
also nice bit of work(with the wissy's) on the roller door!!!!!
from here on in i think we should remember the day as.....'roller door day'...original hey?

i am guessing the bloke across the road probably wasnt all that impressed with windsurfing equipment bombarding the front of his house!
fortunately (for us)his roller door imploded under the force of the storm and the speed sailors flocked to help him!.....karma

I think a new wind strength description was born on Sunday at Hardies.

BOM could call it "25knts to roller doors". In simple terms F$%KING windy
