Forecast is looking great for tomorrow.
Locals are still out there practicing and perfecting their racing. Will home court advantage prevail?
GWC are on top of the leaderboard, who's going to step up to the challenge?
Did i see a certain KIWI out at Safety Bay last week? Looks like we might have a challenger from across the ditch return to the racing this year.
Are we going to see a return by the defending champion?

Much to vie for [Bragging rights and beers], so get on down and join in the fun.

Sounds like there was some good racing going on in 20-25kts

Awesome stuff Blair! Just curious - how does the scoring system actually work? Like what are all these huge numbers - 2100, 2067, etc? Also, it looks like the rankings for round 1 are out. Blair and Thomas tied for 3rd when totals are different.

Edit: I don't remember seeing Slowy in round 4

The numbers you see (2100; 2067 etc...) are scoring points used in PWA for Overall positions. Easy just to use this method. The more points the better. Also promotes getting to all rounds.
I think you are incorrect for round 1. Blair beat Thomas with 10.5 points to 12. Will get this amended.
Jeez. You'd think you've got a house on the series or something.

Positions have been fixed for round 1.

As for the scoring method, go to www.pwaworldtour.com/index.php?id=1373 and you can get your nerd on. The system is actually fairly straight forward i.e. based on fleet of 64 with 64th getting 21 points and then each position higher gets another 33 points i.e. 63rd = 54 points and so on. In the WWA results that is a tab which contains the point score tables.
