Hey mate .I found it at Swanbourne past the life-saving club on the water and dragged up on the middle of the beach to save it from the shore break. waves were really pounding so it would got smashed I believe. exactly blue severne so should be the one. i thought the owner would walk down the beach looking for it. it is probably one km passed the last carpark. hope it is still there for you!
