Well after a relatively windless, waveless and crowded week in Gnaraloo by myself (as my mate broke his leg on the first day!) I've decided that I'm well & truely over Gnaraloo Octoberfests, anyone been up in March? I suppose if it is awesome then, no-ones going to tell me!?

You with the guy who came over with his mate to the phone box with his ankle all strapped up, and we got him a chair til the phone came free?
Mineral
And no didn't know about March, but didn't go much on October for flat water blasting, tide too low and SSE off shore not really conducive to this type of sailing

Yeah, had to drive him back to Carnarvon, he flew back to Perth and had an op. 3 plates and 6 screws! And 3 months off the water. Oh well he got a good solid 20mins sailing in.

News travels fast. I heard about this on the weekend. How did he do it?

Also, how did the guy end up that got bitten by the brown snake? Did they airlift him to hostpital. 2.5 drive to hostpital could prove fatal for a snake bit victim.
