i know i have had complete withdrawals. on my days of i ended up going up to the hills on a 20 freestyle bmx bike To get an addrelanin fix... Im going to get back into surfing to keep my fitness up ;-S
yea its getting a bit like that started running and swimming again just so i am tired enough to sleep at night... haha on the bright side for me, its driving the missus crazy that im always at home and not out windsurfing
