Guys, just found this on WV website...looks great... obviously lots of work gone into it up to date.
Hats off for having different levels as I know it will not scare off blokes like me and my mates.
Lets all get behind it and make sure it stays an annual thing!!!
need to be a member of WV but looks to be only $60- and if things like this keep happening worth giving back to a great sporthttp://www.vicwavesailing.org/![]()

The aim of the Vic Wavesailing series, is to get more folks into the surf... if if you can waterstart even just a little bit, they want you!
Most of the previous comps have focused on scoring, ranking, etc. The idea with this comp is that its more of an expression session, where everyone sails, just about all of the time.
Agree, its a great a website and lets hope it gets a good following and throws up some exciting days sailing.
well done vic windsurfing people its shame we cant have a series in west aus ,but our egos and politics get in the way.![]()
Great to see the comp up and running guys, especially for the events on the west of Melbourne. I'll at least be down to watch and will hopefully get amongst it and have a crack!(haven't caught a wave yet!)
i'm up for sp and philip island...
i'd go to the others if.......
there is a category for sailors who are 100% gumby on sb tack ![]()

Well done Vicco wave crew - site is impressive and concept is great - looks like there is a general ground swell of people in each state trying to get these events happening. I am sure crew will flock to the events - all the best
