Port fairy by the airport is supposed to be good. I spoke to the lady in the port fairy surf shop a few weeks ago. She was really helpful - you could probably give her a call
^^^ Yep - Pt Fairy, there are some breaks around Warrnambool, but the 15m drive west will be worth it, next closest would be Cape Bridgewater.
