Rye can be ok on a SE, but i think the wind has to be blowing pretty strong to be able to have a fun windsurf in a SE. I dont windsurf there any more in a off shore direction. I am heading to the PIT on the weekend I dont think the bay will get any wind. This time of year the bay seems to shut off and the pit and inverloch winds turn on.. Last summer i mostly had my best windsurf sessions at inverloch and sandy point the bay was really crap
