Not sure about the cities, but you could try contacting Alex at 'Stonker' in Torquay. He has a small bit of kit on consignment that you may be able to rent/buy. Not sure about Robe - friendly bunch over that way, so a message on the SA Windsurfing forums should get a bite.

Buying stuff would be defenatly the best solution, but I am just two week on the road.

It's funny the way the state is jam packed with second hand wave gear yet it's impossible to hire any.
If someone had storage space and a little bit of capital then it could work really well...
