High tide down there will be around 3pm, so you should have a couple of hours where the tide is coming in the same direction as the wind. Decent chop in the first two hundred metres. However when the tide starts going out against the wind you will get the classic diamond shaped chop that is hard going. SW might give you some flat water along Treadwells run in amongst the weed banks. Have fun I will be down Saturday
