Winds
Northerly 15 to 25 knots increasing to 25 to 30 knots in the morning.
Seas
1 to 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 to 2.5 metres during the morning.

... either. Rye can be a bit iffy, but the forecast looks solid for the day in both places. Take all your sails.

Since it is winter, Rye offers onshore wind and shallow water... making it "safe". Rye also offers, in a dead north it can even be smooth enough for some speed sailing, or a long-distance sail up to Rosebud pier, good jumping in NNW or good'ish wave riding in NNE.
