Probably nowhere. Putting a 2nd coat of paint on the house before sale. Moving to Killarney beach though so it'll be worth it. 
Of course I'm also always willing to provide company on the water and a warm loungeroom for coffee/tea/beer afterwards for seabreezers using those locations. :) ...Just got my tounge hanging out waiting for the tenants to move out of it so we can move in. October 10 is the date, but at least that gives us a bit of time to sell up in W'bool.
