Windsurfing Victoria with support from Victoria's windsurfing stores and schools (SHQ, RPS, ZU, SHBQ and WaSSuP) is hosting a windsurfing Expo at Elwood beach on Saturday 22nd Oct 2011 from 1pm to 5pm.
Following the windsurfing Expo, Windsurfing Victoria with support from ESC is also hosting the WV 2011-2012 Season Opener Party at Elwood Sailing Club from 6pm to late. The party includes dinner. http://wv.org.au/index.php?option=com_pmform&view=form&Itemid=89

Yup, there will be plenty of RS:One setups to try today at Elwood as well as tomorrow at Parkdale.
I noticed that there is a typo on the events pages saying we are starting at 10am today at Elwood, when it should start at 1pm. If you're super keen, you're welcome to come down any time after 12pm.

Bit of a late update...
For those interested, Elwood Sailing Club will include an RS:One race around their course today.
The race starts at 2pm. There is an information session at 12:30.
What a big weekend.
The WV windsurfing expo and season opener party Saturday was great with all the gear. A big thanks to SHQ, RPS, ZU, SBHQ, WaSSuP, and ESC from WV for your support.
The WV clinics and race series round 1, with the RS:One come and try day Sunday was also great. Another big thanks to SHQ, SBHQ, and PYC from WV.
I can't forget to pass on my thanks to all that come along to any and all the WV related events. I think I can safely say every one enjoyed them selves.

I got a late sail in sunday green point, it picked up to 15kt at c. 5pm
Will there be another chance to try RSones before they disappear ?
