^^^ I agree seeing that there was a world record there in the 90's (yacht - Yellow Pages Endeavour) & Spotty held it on his windsurfer in 2009 for a bit.

Lake George in SA is another one I thought might be there, although it's fairly remote.

Wouldn't have thought that the Hook River would qualify as a flat water location either. Poor research and crap reporting

The Ray in the UK is a killer speed strip and nothing! But can anyone confirm the Cook Islands as I'm looking to get married there and being windy would get it over the line?
