Friday last week I had the chance to get out on the new Poli board. A very nice unit.

Strengths: (compared to my 2009 JP 76 twin)

Fast
More positive back foot drive, no spin out either
Turns ridiculously well
Planes quite early
Goes upwind well for a twin
Surprisingly good for freestyle. Did some Flakas, Shakas (pictured) and spocks.

Oh yeah some good down the line there at Green Pt to test it was there Evan?? haha

Yep, I'm up for some coastal action and the wave series.

It's 35N at the moment!! Was that previously forecast for today? I didn't know today was going to crank until this morning.



I did actually get some down the line action at Green Point. Fairly lame but I went fast into a few one bottom then top turn slashes as the knee-high waves wrapped around the rocks.
