I live in Prahran and some lowlife has bolt-cutted my steel re-enforced lockable tie-downs and stolen one of my boards.
Its a JP Australia, Freestyle Wave, 85 litre Pro Edition in silver JP board bag.

Thats bad news... 
And I was just about to buy some lockable tie-downs too... what brand were they?
Ultimately they really are only a deterrent, as are most bike locks etc. Anyone have a decent locking system worked out?
Unfortunately, even vans and trailers can be broken into 
Shows the value of keeping records/photos of your purchase and serial numbers so you can show proof to the cops and secondhand resellers (cash converters etc.)

You should post this on all the windsurfing forums mate as I would expect them to try and sell it interstate.
