Anyone planning to go to SP to take advantage of the WNW? Possibly a little light for you wind snobs but a 5.7 should do the trick!

Did anyone go down? I was there from 1pm-4pm and had an awesome day.

Great beginner conditions I thought - steady wind, predictable sets, and a nice ground swell. I was finally able to repeatedly get out the back, turn and catch the 3 or 4th wave in a set.

Now if I can just keep myself at the top of the wave and not run out in front of it...

Yes, but we headed up to Invy finally and enjoyed a very nice wave sailing day. The wind was strong enough for 5.0-5.5m between 12 and 3pm and very good sets were breaking in the mouth inlet. Had good fun!
