Sandy point speed fortnight & SHQ Melbourne cup

Any one know if there are dates up for the speed fortnight and also the Melbourne cup weekend. I can not see anything on the web sight.

Steve Do you think the cup weekend on November 2nd will go ahead and are you guys going. I have 5 of us from NSW ready to go for 1.5 weeks.

I think there will be a fair few going down either way, its become a bit of an annual pilgrimage for a lot of us here in Vic. Kind of a start of season kick off.

Cupweek will be a goer from the 3rd to 6th of Nov 2012. It should be a big one with some extra inclussions that will tie in with our full season. More details to follow after our meeting tonight.

Plus Jerry has already booked our house for the week. Lets hope Alex spends more time on the water than the bike or a sleep.

Thats cool as I said there are 5 of us and Greg has never been there before. looking forward to catching up.
I have been missing sailing I brock my foot in three places"high speed crash". got another 4 weeks before i can sail it will be 12 weeks at least not sailing.

SHQ Boardsports will definitely be running the Melbourne Cup weekend as usual at Sandy Point from Saturday 3rd November through to Tuesday 6th November. There will be heaps of demo gear and prize giveaways as well as a bunch of SUP, Wavesailing, Slalom and Freeracing events.

Should be bigger and better than ever - See you there
