Forgot to say congrats to Hock for winning at Warratah front beach (the finals consisted of Hock, Joel Ryan, Andy Ackland and Al McLeod) and congrats to Al for taking out the Super expression session with his forwards. You are so funny Lee! When I did my swim you will remember there were only 4 sailors on the beach! I always like to combine a few activities into the day. I am now going to try the don't let go technique!
