Can the wind gods please move these back two days to fall on the weekend !!!
17 degrees and windy on Thurs, 18 Degrees and windy on Fri
F'ken cold, rainy and probably no wind on Sat+Sun ![]()
I feel for you Windaddict, but my sympathy only goes so far as I have Thursday completely free and a little of Friday.
For those who are free, I'll will probably hit Rye after midday on Thursday. Hopefully it won't be downgraded again.
I work a 4 on and 4 off roster and so far all through this month any ANY hint of wind has been on my work days. Back to work tomorrow so expect good winds for at least 4 days... expect it to be still and glassy by Mon. Its even got to the point that my wife ( a non-sailer) has even noticed the lack off wind on my days off - could also be that i'm more grumpy that normal....
the forecast is all good what you fellas complaining about??![]()

Good in northerlies..the wind funnels down through the hills, can be patchy with short runs and cold water.
Went there last Friday and it was good, but have had times when it is really flaky.
dont worry fellas the wind will turn up at ya door step just hang in there and drink plenty of red bull![]()
Think I made the wrong call today as my windy tree has been dancing around since 3pm. Maybe tomorrow.....
Rye was crap until about 2pm, wind just wouldn't get through. Got better and better right up until 5:30pm. Has a bit of a sail with Waggle. Based on that I think tomorrow morning will be great. Just don't delay because I doubt it will last. Unfortunately I have to work.
