Just to clarify ... the event is for beginners, women/girls/kids who want to try and women/girls who want to get some coaching from one of the most experienced windsurfers in Australia? Is the 10 am start for everyone?
Forecast is looking good for the inlet and the waves - so maybe Jess will be up for some wave sailing coaching later ;-) I can ask ....
Hi Lou,
Thanks for your questions.
The day is for any experience however the wind is forecasted at 5 - 10 kts so it will be more suited to the beginner. However with Jess's knowledge and talent as a wave sailor and racer I am sure she will be open to questions from intermediate and advanced female riders as well.
The day is going to be big with over 40 registrants so yes please 10am start but I would suggest getting there earlier.
If you have your own gear please bring it along and do not forget wetsuits, hat and sunscreen. Please register for this event at

Also one of club members will be running some exercise/stretch classes through the day
Hot Sails Maui will have some demo gear down
Truly awesome day lined up for the ladies and girls
