I have an old North Sail that's broken its largest batten. It appears to of delaminated where it inserts into the cam, and now just seems to bend rather then provide shape to the sail, does anyone know how to fix this

Sounds like it's an old fibreglass type. Suggest you withdraw the batten and take all of the pieces to either SHQ or RPS to see if they can match it or make one similar to it (probably the latter).
