Interesting that all the beaches are rated fair for today, though some of the north beaches look very dirty.
I might stir something up here, but how independent is the EPA really. Heard the CEO of the EPA waffling about the apparently 'fair' quality of the beaches on MTR1377 the other morning, except 'poor' at Middle Park and Queenscliff, blaming the recent rain and warning not to swim near storm water outlets, but no mention that Melbourne Water has released raw sewage to our waterways. Gives me to think about it when fish are swimming belly up, my 2c worth....
There must be something seriously wrong that every time we get a decent rain they pump raw sewage into the bay.
I thought storm water and sewage were separate.
