This afternoon might be good for learning at St Kilda. There will be little chop/wind waves built up as it is very light this morning, too light to windsurf at the moment though. You probably want the breeze to get to about 8-10 knots to at least get moving. I would monitor
www.bom.gov.au/products/IDV60901/IDV60901.95864.shtmland wait for it to go around to SE through to SW. If it doesn't it will be offshore and not great for learning. It is not a favorable seabreeze gradient today so it may not really happen but if a light one comes in it will be a good learning day.
