I have organized a 8m skip bin to be dropped off at Dorans next Friday for the Oyster clean up we will be doing on Saturday.
low tide is .3 at around 1pm, so if we start at 11 and go through to one with enough people we will fill the bin easily.
The usual strip we have cleaned in the past will need a
'tidy up", ready for the Autumn westerlies!!!
We will then conentrate on the western end up towards the lower end of the boat ramp car park.
Everyone who windsurfs and Kites at Dorans is asked to come along and put in one hrs work.
keep you informed here and on Whats app during the week.
Bring gumboots ( prefer), gloves, buckets, drink and youR Wife , Husband and Grandmother

any questions ring Damien 0409854754
Here is a picture of western end .

Good work Damo.

Do you want me to share this on WT facebook page- don't know if I can make it an "official" event that's all (long story).

Official event for us southerners.
Council have donated a bin, when i mentioned Windsurfing Tasmania they were wrapped.
Weather may be a little rain ( 15% chance less than 2mm) so should be good with a light offshore southerly.
Ant will bring a trailer along so we can clean up the eastern end of launch area and bring oysters up to bin at western end ( where heaviest concentration of oysters are.).
