hey hazzelbanger,
You need to test one, i will be amazed if you can't feel the difference, better materials, so feel much lighter in your hands and easier to use, rekon thats a good thing for learners, intermediate and advanced. Hey windsurfing is meant to be fun, all windsurfing good. But like all things manufactured, some are good, others are better and some work harder to be the best. Be interesting if the other, so called major brands, can catch up?
No doubt your are right.
With and young family and mortagages buying anything new for Windsurfing is now a luxury and a long term investment in windsurfing time scales for me these days. Given the lack of time on the water these days I look for equipment thats going to last at least a few years and with a price/performance ratio that meets my ability (or lack of....lol). No doubt things have changed in a few years I've had the same kit.
I must say I'm impressed with Ben's willingness to help out Karina

. Quality service is a rare commodity these days in big business. Heck, I gave up getting a replacement footstrap from one of the leading brand board manufacturers after several emails and phone calls. If I spend $2500 on a board I'm sadly disappponted in a brand that can't provide a $25 dollar footstrap.
