Need to repair a small ding on the nose of my board.
Who sells repair kits, or the products to perform the repair?

If it is just a small ding all you need is some fine sand paper and some araldite or other 2 part epoxy and some masking tape you can get it all at Bunnings or similar hardware store

John. I use West System 105 resin and 206 slow hardner. Rope and Marine in Port Adelaide sell it for about $60 and it will last you a few years. Or, you can use mine if you don't mind the drive up to Craigmore. Let me know if you need more info about this product.

Some interesting thoughts on araldite: www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Windsurfing/General/Suitability-of-Araldite-for-repairs/?page=2

A tube of SolarCure sounds like a handy thing to have.

I do have one of those Selleys Aqua repair sticks but that would not be suitable IMHO for a small crack.

The image below shows a crack at the very bottom of the impact zone. The upper stuff is cosmetic damage.

Funny that I have repaired all my small repairs with araldite and it has worded great have just sanded around the damaged put araldite down coved tightly with masking tape and once dry sanded back if needed and painted it I want to hide the repair . If I have had a small hole just added a layer of glass fibre covered with araldite. Never had a problem with it!
