just stretch that lower tab outwards till the second set of holes are lined up, do both sides ,once screwed down the tab will stick out by 10mm looks a bit weird but in does tighten the strap , sometimes you get a eva foam fin sleave ,that new fins come in , that is the perfect foam to cut up and layer- glue - inside the neoprene cover of the strap to make them tighter ,it works (glue it to the velcro strap part (not the cover) on the lower sides ,do both sides
Tried those holes, moving both made it too small, only one was fine but it doesnt help with sides, just tightens from top, so i went back to normal.
I will try gluing layers to sides as that may be the only option for me.
