Hi; Adrien

I have same board, very early planning, still need to test more in waves, only test it in one short session in side shore 8-9 foot wave.

Are you using the stock fins ? also where are you placing mast track?

I what to play out with others fins, probably change to a less stiff fin, more wave oriented around 23cm and change side fins to a 10cm G-10

Thanks;

here is a picture on waves,

i am using the stock fins, and the mast is pretty much in the middle all the time, if you use smaller fins you will found it just looser, if you like your boards like that it is all fine, the board is good enough for me, i think it is a great light wind board for blokes like me 75-76kg and a great wave board for heavier wave riders 80+kg

Thanks!!!

Nice Pic,

I felt board was loosing grip on my cut backs, probably is me, my riding.

side fins flex more than my smaller board thrusters so I will start from there and see the results.

thanks;

Hi;

Tested on 7-9 foot, side off with a 5.2, now with Black project thruster side fins 10cm and Select X1 Universal Wave 23 side Fin.

The board feels way better now, were able to do tight turns without loosing grip.

I think for heavier guys (86 kg) like me the stock side fins have too much flex some stiffer G-10 fins will do the trick to compensate.

Thanks;
