Looks good, just not sure where to go. Maybe Queens. Prob best compromise considering wind direction, tide, holidays (parking), debris in water from rain. Thoughts? Just want to make the most of what is shaping up to be a sweet day ![]()
I think will depend of the rain, the BOM radar shows that it may be clearing so the wind can come in, fingers crossed !
Missed yesterday due to bad planning. Was sitting watching the trees trying to up-root themselves knowing full well I was stuck fast. It has been so long since we have had wind I planned something without first having a look at the forecast.
By all accounts it went off, had reports of 5.0 conditions at Manly and from what I was seeing on the GC and it looked like at times you would have needed a 4.5.
BOM says it is 25-30 this am and easing later. So far I think they are slighty off the mark given it is reading 9knots at the airport. Still holding out hope for a follow up of some sort.
^ it was very very gusty yesterday. pick a sail any sail.
wind was 12-30 knots. still sore today but going again this arvo.
i managed to bend a euro uni after a nose first jump/catapult and think i only managed 3 gybes all day.
was good to get some wind!
