Every time Gestalt

New rule: you must not mention the predicted wind until the day before, where it seems to be pretty accurate/locked in.

looking at the chart you wouldn't wanna be heading out through the break at 3 in the arvo.

just as that 5m wave pitches the wind dies

Where were you? I went to Manly this arvo and got about an hour and a half of 15 knots tops - better than nothing but not what the arrows say it was. I was at Reddy at about midday and it was about 8 knots. Again the arrows say it was otherwise. What's up with the arrows?

i used to sail sutton's a fair bit and found that anything SSE to S and it doesn't get the wind. SE to E is the go, ESE perfect. also you need to take 5-7 knots off the wind readings as the meter is in a different location.

i think today was the beginning of it. it should just get stronger from here. (fingers crossed) even the goldy didn't look that windy on the cams and the kiters at currumbin were having to power dive their kites.

Yesterday was SE not sure why wello got the wind yesterday nothing at VP apparently either.

that's the bizzare thing,

yesterday at redi the station showed S and SSE
