Before my flight back home to germany on 27th of december i want to spend my last days learning windsurfing. i'm looking for a nice city/place to stay (19.-24.dec) at the sunshine coast. can you tell me a good place for learning and where i can get lessons and rent stuff over those days?

i tryed out caloundra once, the tide killed me lol
i ended up in a construction zone :P
At least one of those schools farms out beginner lessons to the beach rental business located on Golden, not too far from the turn-off from the main strip. that may be a place to check out. he has Go's and Start's and small rigs. think he also has a small dinghy to fetch wayward sailors!
SpecialK, just keep in mind wherever you head on the coast this time of year you'll be paying over the premium for hotel/motel accomodation, and a lot of the camping areas will be booked solid.
