which teachers are striking? maybe i need to be striking too

though waves will be about 28ft over my limit

I think it may just have a little too much east in the wind direction (I say that as I can't get out of work...)

Hopefully Saturday and/or Sunday will be the ticket...the forecast is for another big swell and hopefully some wind.

Very stormy lookin at the Alley, the swell is definatly on the rise but not sure it is going to be very clean. Noticed a kite out there at about 8:30.

Swell forecast for Saturday on Coastalwatch is 8ft+. Vould be very messy, or very fun, or both

im gonna try it, if too chopped up and messy it'll be freestylin at the train all day!

If the wind goes strong easterly over the next few days as forecast - there is a gutter that has formed on the inside behind the whitewater (like Kirra) that should at least be good for some freestyle/jumping regardless of how huge the surf gets.

That gutter gets very shallow very fast, Have spent many a SE session walking across it (and the odd SUP session surfing it)
