Just got home from a sail at VP. Was ok at times, but gusty probably from 5 to 30 kts. Good to get a sail in in winter, but bloody cold. Ended up with numb toes and dodging the rain squalls when rigging n derigging. But all good fun! Two others out plus a few kites.

Great 3 hours at beachmere. Full power 5.0 and 87 quad then it dropped a bit so put the freestyle board on with the same sail and it was great!

Incoming tide too so perfect jumping and a few cross-on waverides and lip smacks too!

Now beer

Suttons Beach was good late in the afternoon. Overpowered with a 5.0 and almost side shore. A few ridable rolling waves.

Yeah as soon as i took the freestyle board out it picked up again!!! i had an hour or so but then was too knackered to change back to the wave board. Still, a great arvo, the best of which was early afternoon when the tide was a bit lower but still on the push in...

Remember your mast next time!
