Probably better places for lunch and bird-watching, I think, which are the predicted activities.

Had a really good time at The Train from 9am - 11am (had other things to do after 11).

What's that? No, really. Rigged the 7.2 and floated out to the channel where *bam!* it was pretty damn windy. Had to pull up on beach at sea world to set sail to max downhaul. Almost no boat traffic in the channel - too cold for them I guess. A couple of big ones threw up perfect ramps.

Flatwater speed runs across to the marker buoys near Sea World which were perfect gybe markers. Planing exits, yay!

Honestly a 6 would have been OK.

Itch scratched.

edit: Then I went to the boat show, ate some spaghetti marinara, and spent all night cuddling the porcelain lady.
