Easterlies mean lots of bluebottles and little else. Lucky I'm planning on lots of cycling and lap swimming for the next two weeks.
Looks like a quiet week, had a go on Brownies stand up paddle yesterday, bit of fun and all the family (well Maria and Josh) could do it also!
