Yer fracture talus bone pretty lucky its only small so recovery time not too bad. Just wearing one of those ski boot looking braces now. been lucky haven't missed out on too much so far

Actually it was the same last year. I remember because I had Nov - Jan off work and the first 2-3 weeks were painful. Wind kicked in around end of November, very nicely too. I was such a wind snob I didn't sail Sundays because of the crowds.
