Some more public jetties/pontoons are needed. Actually I can't think of any. If I wanted to go to dinner in Surfers... somewhere... There is nowhere to park a boat, yet there are more waterways "than Amsterdam and Venice combined". Same for Broadbeach, Main Beach, Southport, Labrador (one small pontoon) etc etc etc.

Looks like it is time for you to clean the gutters HC.

Yeppoon is good! just got to time it right with my days off!!

Last session i had was Burrum Heads Challenge weekend!

Have used the red combat twice and is a great sail!!

Bit harder for me being 50 minutes from a beach rather than 5 min from the broadwater.

Only 2 1/2 years before i return down to Southeast QLD!!! or unless the job takes me elsewhere!!!

cheers

I love the smell of saltwater in the morning!

NOT cowshyte! wish i could be in Yeppoon!!!

HC - about the same sort of wind consistency as the goldy! Maybe favour the Goldy a bit more for wind i think!

Cheers

With all the development going ahead on the Broadwater, how much has it changed the train ?

not at all as of yet. work has stopped just before the train. They are currently extending the grounds in front of the public swimming pool and that might be it for the moment

the good news is that 60+ knot blow we had has cleared out almost all the houseboats near the train, and sunk a few. the white redbarron pontoon is washed up on the rock wall. she no float no more
