I might be arranging a stay in melbourne for 5-6 days in mid-January & I was just wondering the probable wind direction(s) & strength that are typical for that time of year. It is likely I'll be staying just out of the CBD.

happy to sail in the bay from 15 knots. Is Torquay sail-able at that time of year or SE coast?

thanks
