Where do you launch from?

Launch Point: Park at the end of Carolena St in Thornlands. Rig up and carry gear through the park to the end of the peninsular. There is a break in the mangroves to launch though. You then work to windward to the bank.

Best tide < 1.2m

I reckon John forgot to add that you need to be super human to carry your gear from the carpark to the shoreline (about 500 metres) plus about the same to get to the water deep enough to start. I think its great they can do it and give them heaps of credit for it. But worth a look if you are keen and fit enough!!
