i hadn't sailed there for a while till today, so maybe this is old news for train sailors?

the jet ski hire markers at the main channel end of the NE windsurfing run have been moved well away from the sandbar (much further south). there is now plenty of safe gybing room........it's only taken 3 years

There is a new Work Health and Safety Act coming out in 2012. Coupled with it is another act called, Safety in Recreational Water Activities Act 2011.

Anyone wanting to run a PWC (jetski) business will now have a very heavy onus to ensure the punters and bystanders safety.

This act might also have an impact on the board racing community as well. (i haven't got my head around it all yet

Great news, pity it took a number of accidents to bring it about but hopefully something positive out of the whole affair.

but somebody has parked a two story house boat just off the beach - I mean as if all those single story house boats wernt bad enough!! the two story boats has a huge eddie in behind it - but no patsy

yes did holly well on friday and saturday

almost did her again today, but wind came up just as i was about to leave
