Anyone able to help with making the best choice from the variety of bonding agents, to secure deck grip, that is coming off of board?

Assuming you're talking about deck pads, ADOS F2 contact adhesive works really well (Not a Selley's product though...)
Just make sure it's all lined up when you stick it down - it's a one-shot deal. If you stuff it up, you'll have to live with it!
