The super windy forecast turned out pretty hit mis on the S/C it was on and off more times than a call girls knickers on a friday night, but I still managed to get a bit...of wind that is....with a couple of quick Lake Weybe runs,
Was it any better up at Burrum or was the decission to stay put wise?
Sailed Burrum on saturday with nine others,although it was
blowing 20knots in Hervey Bay we had nothing at Burrum
until the last 15 minutes when a little squall came over.
Still an enjoyable day just not the strength wind we wanted
or rigged for,you were better off not making the trip up.
Loads of wind on sunday but sailed Gatakers Bay rather
than risk going to Burrum.
