Wanted new home for my old peter cochrane shaped wind action wave board

265 cm long (minus the nose which has been repaired)
Fibreglass
About 54 cm wide
About 80-85L I think

Whats the catch?
Nothing - except you have to come and pick it up

I'd prefer to give it to someone who wants to get in the waves but might be a bit financially compromised rather than someone who has lots of kit already!

Hi Batstonem,
I have a warm and cosy spot under my house for for this wave board and to sweeten the deal, I would put up for adoption the following.

Wind Action 260 bump n jump including 29cm tuttle fin, minus deck pads as they have peeled off.
I could even consider delivery in the brissy area.

cheers

I had something very similar to that and it was possibly the easiset board to gybe I have ever ridden. I strongly suggest this to anyone learning to gybe.

I'm learning to gybe, well I would if I ever got round to actually getting out

My first board was a Wind Action, think it was the super slalom, I'd say extremely hard to gybe, seemed quite fast in a straight line - but it looked sweet, kinda black carbon finish

I would be interested but should probably use the boards that I had rather than get another, which would more than likely collect dust with the rest of my gear.

The bump'n'jump is a very different beast from the slalom boards he did, slower, of course, but much more forgiving all round.

I'm fairly certain that my slalom was a Bill Riddel board who I think was before Peter Cochrane - early 90's. I know longer have it actually can't remember which boards I currently have

Was probably not the ideal first short board

Hi Greenleader,

I'm not sure your cousin billy-bob should be operating power tools....

Didn't the courts have something to say about that?

the horrible needle nose affliction lives on.

thanks to batstonems generosity his board has found a new home under my house
(thanks Martin)

no more nose jobs for this board, just love and tenderness, however I now need to kick out onto the street a
windaction bump n jump 260 with its mate a 29cm tutle fin (see photos above)

if anyone would like to rescue this board(at no cost to you) send me a pm
no chainsaw wielding bandits thanks.

what about the windwanderers library, how does that work
