Sometimes I wonder if I'm not just in an abusive relationship with windsurfing, and the wind.

No need to wonder about it. There's no doubt. The worst thing is, we're all hooked up in the same dysfunctional, obsessive relationship.

i arrived home at broadbeach at 5.30 in the arvo and slid the SUP into a nearby canal for a paddle session with a light gusty hot westerly blowing, when unannounced a whacking great s/easter almost ripped me off my craft....i lived and everyone should try to get out early tomorrow before it dies.
