... apart form going every which way the Southerly is forecast for late afternoon.
Tide will have just started going out so you could say Shearwater or Train... or The Grand (hint hint).
Oh no. ![]()
I've lost track of how many weekends now. 2nd I think.
(Why did I write "WTF"? Posting drunk
, apologies)
Nah, the change isn't at Evans head yet.
about 2 hours for a 20 knt change from there to the south Goldy and about another hour to here.
It has gone around to the NE here in Bne. There is certainly more activity than there was yesterday at the same time. The curtains didn't move all day Saturday but some of the larger trees are starting to move about nicely this morning.
Hmm, not looking good.
The southerly has been in at Evan Head and Ballina for about an hour and has only hit 10knts.
Nothing serious (apart from no wind)
Been inland for months, come back last weekend, waiting for wind when not working and the bloody clouds keep shutting down the seabreeze
hence the sadness and the rush to put kit on the car, then wind instantly shuts off
ok, kids are awake, house is clean, wife is home and i can see the front out the lounge room window.
thinking either mowing or getting in a sneaky session. ![]()
It hasn't been that bad.
I sailed on the 2nd with 6.2 and 112 ltr, and again on the 3rd with 5.4 and 84 ltr board. ![]()

one of the best VP sessions i have had in a very long time. sailed till almost dark.
p.s. standing at VP with the wife and kids, it's blowing 20-25. wife turns to me and says - "have you done a deal with the wind gods? - it's windy every weekend." ![]()
i answered , no it's not. it didn't blow last weekend. ![]()
