Memberships in Queensland clubs has reached 102 which puts us in good stead with the Southern States. We are still a little down on last year where we had 117 members for the year but it shows the division of the clubs was a good move and the feedback has all been very positive this year.
Congratulations to all of the new clubs for such a successful transition and please remember to get signed up if you are on the line so that the people behind the clubs will be there for you and your sport next year.
PS: I tried to upload the PDF file of all of the members and sail numbers but PDF isn't recognised. The breakdown is as follows:-
Bayside - 75 members
SEQ Wavesailors - 15 members
WindWanderers - 9 members
Lake Cotharabah Sailing Club - 2 members
NSW and WA are tied at 192 members
Victoria has 149
Qld has 102
Tasmania has 14
And SA has 6 members
It is great to see all of the sails out at all of the various events being held around the state. Lets hope we have plenty of wind to see out the seson.
Hey scot,
What are our numbers now?
Can you make sure that the new ones from BSC are all set before the states.
Cheers
D
