Sensational arvo on the 7m. Consistant breeze, relatively flat water,ENE breeze meant big runs down to Wynnum and back. I actually went faster than Simon F (he was riding a battleship thou). I hope Clives rib is okay after hitting that f@#king crab pot rope. Simon C where were ya ? Would have been perfect for you to test out the new gear !
A great avo! Sailed Wynnum 3 to 4 pm. 15-19 knots. Powered up on 7.3. Great long runs from manly to Wynnum. Saw about 3 turtles as well. Awesome! 😉
. When you beat some one dont say its the gear richie always say its rider skill its only the equipment when you lose .
Arg got to wynham before the wind started, rigged and was working my way up wind then bang! boom broke! thank god i didnt end up in a patch of blue jellies. Still was a nice walk back and got to enjoy the site of everyone else blasting around ...NOT! hope its 7m weather so i can join you tmorow. If not i will swim around pretending to be a dugong
