I'm over at Woodypoint and it's seriously windy, 4.5 weather me thinks but left my meter at home. No one around here though. Should have gone down to Manly...

The wind at Manly as at midday...It's been blowing 15-25 knots SSE all morning till now. It has dropped to less than 10 knots as a cloud passes over. I expect the wind to pick back up again soon.

..12:40pm..lull lasted 15 minutes. It's windy again. I'll be heading down soon.

Trying to build a business has its downfalls, you have to say yes to work and no to sailing, kind of bitter sweet. Hope there's something at the weekend

Manly was wild. A few lulls followed by balistic gusty insanity.

Man that was good!
VP going off, probably like most other spots today.
A bit out of control though and only on a 4.6. Lots of jumps and only a few stacks. Felt 10 yrs younger out there today. Hope that keeps up!!
Hopefully another good day tomorrow - Cheers all!

Looks like I had either hit a hole in the wind or had a vindaloo the night before

Hey mate, congrats on getting on the plane for the first time, its a fun experience. You werent the guy with the blue board and the 6.5? if you were congrats on handling those conditions with a 6.5 as it was wild at times.

Thanx mate....yeah that was me..I probably should have taken out my 5.8m but I wanted to plane so went the bigger sail..I was only on the plane in short bursts but it was great to feel the board come to life that's for sure.

Mate, you did well in those conditions. Lumpy and gusty and probably overpowered on a 6.5. It will only get better now you are starting to plane
