Does anybody know what the extremes in tides in QLD would be, in particular highest high 
......... and what is classed as a king tide
no idea, but they changed the scale or something some years ago because ther was 3m+ high tides and i think they used to be called king tides.
bom has predicted tides for he last couple of days listed at just under 2.0m earlier in january some were around 2.5m. would this have put another .5m onto the flood peaks at high tide
Thanks Lungs, Seabreeze is showing a 2.5 high next Thursday, so do you think thats pretty close to max
